Leadership at the executive level often comes with a unique kind of isolation. The decisions are complex, the stakes are high, and the opportunity to process those decisions with someone who understands both the human and operational dimensions of leadership is rare.
This work is designed to meet that need.
Through one-on-one executive coaching, I serve as a thought partner to leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and change. Our sessions provide a structured yet open space to step back from day-to-day demands, examine what is truly happening beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Drawing on more than two decades of leadership experience—including serving as a federal senior executive leading large-scale organizations and managing enterprise-level decisions—I bring both strategic perspective and grounded presence to our work together.

How We Work Together
Coaching engagements are offered in 3, 6, and 12 month increments.
Each conversation is grounded in what you are actively navigating—whether that is a specific decision, a leadership challenge, or a broader pattern emerging in your work. Over time, our sessions build toward stronger clarity, more consistent decision-making, and a deeper sense of alignment in how you lead.
